I just got my citizenship application returned since they are saying the Online Residence Calculator (printed out from the Internet) was not fully completed, signed and dated.
I checked it once again and not sure what the problems are. Do you know if there's any contact email of CIC of which I can ask them of the question?
Sorry to hear that your application was returned. Just make sure that the dates are correct with adequate explanation of each trip, that there are no time gaps since you entered Canada for the first time, that all necessary boxes are checked correctly, and that the residency calculator sheet is signed and have the same date of your application. Also, if your application is for more than one adult, each one of them must have its own residence calculator sheet. It also won't hurt to call the CIC on their number 1-888-242-2100 and talk directly to an agent. That would be much better than sending an email and wait for several weeks just to get a canned reply.
BTW, when did you submit your application? I couldn't find your name on either Feb or Mar tracking sheets.

1. It's not signed or not dated.
2. The application date used in the calculation and the date of signature on the application form and the calculation printout might not be the same.
The residence calculator page has been dated and signed. The application date used in the calculation and the date of signature on the application form is the same.
In my print out, somehow it couldn't show the detail content of each trip (ie. date, location, and reason). Only the physical presence days being calculated is shown. Probably my computer was blocking to some contents due to security reason. Maybe that's why the application got returned.
May I know what is the wait time for CIC hotline? Do they always answer questions to the point?
I have submitted my application on Feb 23, and I didn't add myself to the tracking sheet.
The print out must show all of the details you entered. Since yours didn't - it's safe to assume that's why it was returned. You'll need to print out a new version that displays all of the information properly. If you can't do this from your own computer - then perhaps try another. I wouldn't bother calling the CIC hotline.
