I was reading the thread and was wondering the same thing. Did you get that figured out? What address should we put down?

Sorry for the late response. I called IRCC and they told me that we should put the address of the institution.

if the person is unemployed, what should I mention for "name of employer, school, other" in question 11.

Did anyone figure out what to put on the address? Is it home address or employers address? If I worked as a housekeeper, I dont have a permanent work address. I really don’t know what to put there. And do we need to fill up all the information?

Have to fill in your work contact's information - supervisor or HR. IRCC clarified it on twitter/facebook.
