Hello. My parents meet the number of days requirement and other requirements. They are currently in India to visit their family member for persoanl reason. Been there since 7 montha and planning to come in 2 months from now..
Can they apply citizenship application when they are outside the country or do they need to present in canada while applying for citizenship ? Planning to file online application.

Online application expects you to be in Canada while applying. Also since your parents are outside Canada from past 7 months they will need to submit PCC too. You have to apply for PCC after there trip to India ends. Better apply once they are back.
