Request for fingerprint and test were done by August 2023
Since then, there has been no update on my file
In 2024, I changed my address and informed them, but it never got updated in my profile.
Yesterday got an email saying: FINAL REQUEST FOR FINGERPRINTS
What does this mean?
Did they not receive the previous time I did my fingerprint scan?
I tried calling but no response.
Last time, when I did my fingerprints, I sent them details VIA email and VIA direct mail.
The fingerprint center told me that they sent out the results to immigration directly.
So I don't know what it is that I am doing wrong.
Can someone shed some light on this?

In many cases the FP center says they have sent the FP but IRCC did not receive it. You should call and check with IRCC. If they confirm they haven't received it, check with FP center if they can resend it again. If they cannot you have to redo it.

Also FP is valid only for a year. If your application does not complete before that, IRCC will request FP again.

how can i verify when no one picks up the phone at ircc and no one responds to email requests.

No way the minors only have prohibited green nothing g else

Is your oath scheduled? Generally kids dont see any status. There application completes in the end when parents application completed after oath.
