I applied citizenship July 2nd 2019 and passed the citizenship test and interview at Feb 6th 2020 in Nova Scotia, then at March I moved to Ontario, then I notified IRCC Halifax at June 3rd 2020 to change the address and they said they will transfer my case to Ontario.
I called IRCC today, they said my case is still IN TRANSIT, don't understand why 1 month passed, they still don't transfer my case, and why is so so so so so so slow!!

During precovid itself, it used to take few months mostly, so wait for 2 months and see if it got transferred to expect any progress.
If you have not changed then you would have gotten the online oath hence the calculation got messed up due to address change. So you will have to wait for some more time.
