I will be taking my online citi test in a couple of days.
Some of the questions in the study guide are related to municipal referents and provincial matters (I also found that some mock tests ask you to choose a province before the test).
I have moved several times since I started the applications (inside Ontario and then to BC).
Will the official test questions be related to the address I was living at when I first submitted the application or the one I am at right now? (I don't have a mailing address).
