Us three siblings (whose mother was Canadian) are midway through applying for
certificates of Canadian citizenship & hit a road-block.
Form CIT0001E-2 instructions say to mail all THREE applications in ONE envelope.
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE T H R E E SEPARATE CERTIFIED BIRTH RECORDS OF OUR MOTHER
OR JUST ONE, IN THE ENVELOPE ??? We only have one. Thank you all very much!
