You need send email to CIC, to ask which method they prefer?
If you are sending DOCs by snail mail, don't forget to put reference i.e. your UCI No etc. Yes, if you move another country you need to mention it, if your stay is more than 6 months then you also need a PCC, to the best of my knowledge.
I successfully attached my paper application for PR to myCIC account just two days after CIC have received it. However, fifteen days have gone by and still no AOR.
Has anybody else experienced this situation and if so, how long did it take to receive the AOR?
