cic wants me to send fingerprints to RCMP ? how ??

i got a message in my cic account saying " You must send the fingerprints and a copy of this notice directly to the RCMP National Headquarters in
Ottawa within 30 days from the date of this notice.
how i am suppose to get the fingerprints and send it to them along with the letter they send me ? what i know is the accredited companies send it electronically to RCMP. any help is appreciated

They asked me for one on Feb 26 which I submitted on Mar 03 and then received same request again on March 23. I called IRCC and the agent told me it could be a glitch and upload the same report again. So, I uploaded the report in mycic and raised a CSE asking if this is not what they want then be more precise with what they actually want from me. I received standard reply that if the Visa officer need more info they will contact you but I never received any message after that. Hopefully all is good. I just did the electronic fingerprinting.

mine sound like a different situation. they have asked me to send the fingerprints to RCMP headquarters which is not a common case. is there any way i can get the prints of my fingerprints from anywhere around toronto / hamilton area?

I received the same letter but I uploaded the same report as suggested by IRCC agent. Panic mode :-X

Although all fingerprints are processed by RCMP headquarters. Idk why they ask to send fingerprint to office directly with the letter.

i am gonna copy and paste the letter in your messages . please tell me if that was the same letter you got.

I read the letter. Nothing to worry at all. Just get the electronic fingerprints. They are using two different formats for same request. I can send you both the letter I received.
