One of my friend applied for SOWP from Bnagladesh to CIC Singapore on 22nd July BUt no response yet. ANy one got work permit or open work permit recently in oct & nov 2013 from cic-singapore????? we are worried as cic-singapore will be busy again with student visa for january session & cic will not care about work permit.
