Hi, does anyone have such experience? I applied for a TRV (entry visa) online with a valid study permit. The usual processing time is 7 days and now it has been 9 days.

Received email from cic saying that I have a new message in my cic account (note: not "updated", but "new message") for application V3******. However, the number they provided in the email does not match the application number in my account. And of course there's no new message in my account.

This is so weird. Should I call cic to see what's happening? I do need the visa urgently.
