cic said send email, but no email.

hi evryone, in my ecas show that decision made and after said that corespendence send in 6th of july, after two days we didn't recieve anything, so we wrote them (paris office) they replied that they send an email to our representative but he said he didn't get anything, so we wrote them back us and the represnatative saying that we didn't get the email but since then they didn't answer back, we confused what could be happening!!!

I guess your representative should follow up with them. He should also check which email he used and if the email entered his spam or junk emails.
