My work experience will increase by a year and I will get additional points in Apr.

Currently, I'm not eligible for OINP. Based on other forums, I understand that additional experience points will be added in March itself. With that, I will get qualified for OINP nomination. If I get OINP nomination in March, can I accept it and submit the docs during April.

Also, if I get CIC ITA (too optimistic), before the actual completion of additional year.. can I accept the ITA and submit the required docs in Apr.
