CIC message: How to find a job in Canada

I'm FSW-O US and AOR is Oct 21. My application moved to IP2 today and there was a message in myCIC account about How to find a job in Canada. I got the same message when I submitted my EE profile in October.

I understand that generally this message comes when file is moved to Local VO. I would like to know if anyone recently has a similar experience and how did their application process further?
