I have question about Decision Made.How long does take spousal's Application to receive CHC-ISB?My spousal Case has been transferd to CHC-ISB.its passed one month and few days,my wife has not get AOR from them yet?I appricate for reply.

When I sent my application I received AOR after a month. The file was transferred August 12th 2009 and I got AOR on September 14th 2009, however, the timelines have increased slightly and most people are now getting it after a month and a half so inshallah you should be getting it soon.

Actually i have two options i can apply from isb as well as Tokyo cz i am also resident of japan.which one is better visa center for me to apply.2ndly if i apply through tokyo can i do medical in lahore instead of tokyo cz in tokyo medical is expensive then from lahore nd i am currently in lahore going back tokyo next week.

Well Tokyo is faster then ISB they take 4 to 8 months while ISB 7 to 14 months well for your medical question i am not sure but i guess u can have it done in LHE

its been now 1 month and 10 days since sponsorship approved i think ISB is getting more slow
