CIC is requesting for PCC from country I have never visited

I was planning on submitting my application tomorrow morning. I just logged in to do a quick review. I noticed a police certificate from Australia is required. It wasn't on my document checklist as at yesterday. I have never visited Australia. How do I go about this.

Thank you for responding. I added an online course I did with a consulting firm in Australia in my personal history. I removed it today and the PCC disappeared.
Should I leave it out of my application?
