CIC is asking for medical

hi guys
i just got email from cic which says ive to do my medical does it mean that ive got my visa?
and also how the hell do i have to send them the result? is it true that my doctor will send it to theM?

Hey..
Its 99% sure dat u hve got u visa
Nd for medical just go to cic approved doctor..
He vil provide u medical info with ur id which is embassy based doc nd VO vil check ur medical details referring ur id ..

Plz tell me where u applied nd under vich category??

The VO must have allotted an UCI code to you. Make sure to take an print out of the pdf file that VO sent you for medicals. You don't need to send any result from your side. The panel physician forwards the result directly to CIC. If you're medical results are clear then chances of getting a visa are pretty high. Good luck

Also you need to perform medical test by a panel physician approved by CIC. Family physician cannot help you in this matter.

ive applied online but im iranian and i stay in malaysia however i took them ages to send me that email !!!(40 days exactly) and i applied for student visa!any idea how long it will take them to get back to me after i submit my medical?

The time taken for passport request varies from country to country. In India they request for passport within 2 weeks from the date of performing medicals. They requested my passport after 7 working days. You should expect an passport request soon
