CIC customer centre local number(vancouver)

Hello.

I have been trying to call CIC customer centre but the automated system never allow me to talk to a real person. It always says "we are currently too busy, cannot connect you to an agent". I tried to call right at 8am and some time in the afternoon... Now I am starting to think if Vancouver call centre just blocked their call line? Lol

Does anyone know other number to call CIC other than 18882422100?
