CIC.CPCMississauga requested for documents i submitted with my application form again

Hi guys,

CIC.CPCMississauga request me to submit my schedule A background/declaration form imm 5669. Which i submitted before with my police certificate with my application form. What i don’t understand is this, they only request for schedule A background/declaration form. I don’t know if i should submit my police certificate along with it too. Help me out with this!

I bet its the version that is outdated that you submitted. Get the most recent version fill it out and send it. I had to fill out three of them and the one they sent me was from 2012 that they wanted... if they arent asking for police certificiate dont send it

Thanks I really appreciate your reply. The schedule A background/declaration form i submitted before along with my application form was 2017 version. Since i got the request to submit it again, i used the 2018 version and submitted it through the IRCC WEBFORM

Same issue with me, we already submitted our Marriage Certificate but they’ve asked me for my marriage certificate again.. any ideas why?

Which of the marriage certificate did you submit with your application forms? And which did they ask you to submit again?

We had our original in Urdu, we submitted the translated version and the original version as well.. they’re asking for the translated one again
