CIC contact for Visa

How do one contact CIC, if the visa is not processed within the guideline number of weeks?
My country shows 5 weeks processing time. Is there a way to contact them if it goes beyond that?

Hi, please do a Case Specific Enquiry if the normal processing time has passed for you. You can visit the link below and fill out the details with your message. They should be getting back to you within 10 business days. I did it twice and they usually reply within a week or so. Check the link below:
