Do you think CIC centre have records of all the application as soon as they are received ..??????
my application was sent june 2009 ..to be received on 15 th june 2009 ..but as of now thay dont have any infromation about the same.....
is it true that the call centre will have infromation only once some decission has been made or after some designated officer has gone through the file....plz respond

The CIC call centre does NOT have any record of a particular application until the CIO has made the decision to recommend the application for processing by the appropriate visa office.
Do you know that they received it or are you worried it got lost? How did you send it? If you know they received it but haven't heard anything yet, that's normal. Immigration can take a long time.
