this same number i have and today my wife call cic and ask about decision made result, A guy replied very strange and said we cant give such information over phone and you will receive email after two weeks :-X

that's fine though, but the number worked, normally its the agents they are more like fixed information to recite.. only in some cases agents are more like supportive and give info we need to satisfy ourselves..
