I called cic twice and both of the time they are basically suck !!
first time they told me my application is not in their office and she give me a WRONG email address to contact cic Sydney ,
the second time they told me they are not authorize to access the application under pnp , is that true ? then why pnp gave us their number in package?
i am inland applicant under bcpnp , and i have been waiting for my medical exam request for more than half year, I email them but they never reply , anyone know other way to contact them ?
Sadly I won't be able to answer your question but can I ask you how you managed to talk with a CIC agent? I call the number and cannot connect to a person! It's all automated messages over and over.
Please tell me how you talked to them. I have to talk to somebody!
