CIC asks Letter of Employment and Offer of employment and Current employment

I had the same situation. I did NOT change it after ITA and left it as yes. Got all three letters as best as I could from my company and explained in the LOE what has happened.

Hi DelPiero07, Sorry to ask it again. I selected YES while filling my EE profile. BUt, I changed to NO as I am not claiming 50 points for my job. Is it ok to select NO after receiving ITA? Thanks.

It's fine as it doesn't affect your CRS score or eligibility.

1.Employment Recors
2.Letter of Employment
3.Offer of Employment
I have a valid job offer which is supported by LMIA from my current employer.
What kind of letter should I submit as "Letter of Employment" and "Employment Records" ?

There are placeholders for letter of employment and offer of employment for those who claim 50/200 points for having a valid job offer.

If you're not claiming such points then you answered incorrectly a question in the intended work section.

i am working for a employer for a year with employer-specific work permit. I answered yes for job offer. i got 50 points for job offer. now it is asking me for letter of employment and job offer letter. can you please explain me the format of these two letters and difference please?

is it compulsory to work for the same employer after PR if you accept the job offer now and gets the points? and do employer have to mention on the offer that I will be working for the same employer after PR?

Please advise me.

i have 20days to accept the invitation and upload the docs.
