Obviously Chris would try to compensate on what he has done in 19th draw. You are very much right I too expect a draw on 30th and that would again be near 450.
You can only apply for ontario pnp only if you get invited by ontario govt. To apply for it.
Also, you need a minimum of CRS 400+ score if you want your profile to get selected for a PT by Ontario.
Sorry for disclosing this bad news but this is how the system works.
And as people say....keep on creating new profiles until you get an Pt from Ontario. Everyday you withdraw your profile and create new one. And following Friday you get Ontario invitation. Its that easy...... except me everyone believes in this. I think its rubbish.
100 days passed away since Oct 2nd draw (450 score). Last 3 draws were around 460. There must have been lots of profiles accumulated between 450 and 460.
I wish CIC publishes it's Year End statistics report soon.
Let us say 1500 applicants above 450 enters the pool every 2 weeks as we saw in draws between 18th Sep and 2nd Oct.
among these 1500 applicants suppose 20% are between 450 and 460 which means 300 candidates enter 450-460 bracket every 2 weeks. Going by 100 days there should be at-least 2100 candidates in 450-460 bracket by now and increasing everyday.
Finally got my ITA today. What a lucky day. Just at 453.

This draw cleared almost all 450+ candidates. There will be probably only few hundred people above 450 left.
Hopefully if the frequency continues the scoresmight reach below 450.
Yes, there was a bug in their system.
Please withdraw this profile and make a new one- that should get you your notification of interest from Ontario, enabling you to apply to them.
