Hey, can anyone help me out?
So my study visa got rejected and I initiated a request for refund. I notarised and uploaded the 3rd page of the refund request form along with attested copy of my ID. I also uploaded a letter explaining why I am asking for refund and I attached refusal notice issued by IRCC to this explanation. CIBC has rejected my request twice with the reason 'missing information, please submit your request online with a letter identifying the reason for your request.'
What does this mean? is there anything else that I should upload?
I even tried uploading them separately, refund request form, explanation letter, refusal notice. Still got rejected.
I sent an email to customer care but i haven't received any clarification from them in 10 days.
