I have bachelors in Electrical Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology.
However, I have 4+ years of work experience as Business Analyst, whose job role aligns with 2171. I am confused whether NOC 2171 is the best for me?
Because job requirements under 2171 lists (with no mention of Electrical Engineering):

A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required"
