Choice between PNP AND ITA ?

Hello,
I have a question regarding express entry. My wife and I are currently working full time in Canada and have a CRS score 482. Recently we got a nomination request from Ontario government. It would be a great opportunity for us to gain 600 points through providential nomination as both of us do not have a LMIA approved jobs. Considering our current score of 482 and previous rounds of express entry cut off I am hopeful we should get invitation to apply in the next draw. If we do get our name in the draw. What should be our line of action ? Should we still go any fill the nomination or go ahead with the express entry invitation ?

Second, Provincial. and Btw means By the way, not between.
