Chinese transcript verification

Hi there, I'm trying to send my Chinese transcript through CHESICC to WES. But when I try to bind verification documents, CHESICC couldn't recognize my WES reference number and also saying the name which I have entered doesn't tally with the name I used to register for WES. I don't know why this is happening. I checked my reference number and name several times and couldn't find any error. Does someone has the same problem? I would like to know how to fix this. I emailed to WES as well. No any response from them.
