child removed from the application

so i applied for permanent resident last 2016 and i received a letter saying "your child doesnt meet the definition of dependent child and removed from your application " because the definition was under 19 that time and she was over 19. Im already a PR now but I just wanna make some things clear. Is it the same as an undeclared child? Was she fully removed from my immigration information? Is she not a member of family class anymore as she was removed from my application? Is it impossible for me to sponsor her now?

Removed is not the same thing as undeclared. At the time, she wasn't a dependent child. Depending on her age now, you may be eligible to sponsor her.
