Hello guys! I sponsored my daughter who is 2 years old and she is with us now in canada as visitor.
I applied last her application last July and her ecas says decision made. And they started processing the application Last August 18,2016. Then, another message-"We sent you a letter on August 30, 2016. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us"---- what this means????

More than likely it means her application was approved.
does she require a visa? if so, then the "letter" will be instructions for getting her passport stamped and landing document (COPR). if she doesn't require a visa, then the "letter" will be the COPR. depending on where it was mailed from, it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for it to arrive by mail. it will be in regular post.
