You will need to sponsor her as a dependant child. However, to be eligible to sponsor, a PR *must* reside in Canada, so one of you at least will need to be there to start the process.

You could apply for a TRV, or if that is refused, a TRP, to allow the child to come to Canada while the application is being processed. Then, both of you could return to Canada together, assuming that you are not there already.

Thank YOu Zardoz

I would like to know do you have any idea how long the processing time for TRV and TRP?
atleast we have idea how long the processing time before settling in Canada, because at this time we dont have plan yet to settle in canada not until first quarter of 2016...

hope to hear from you. thank you

One of you will have to be settled in Canada *before* you start the application process. A PR cannot sponsor from outside. It's impossible to say what the processing time or rules will be in 2016.

If you look around the Family Class Sponsorship section of the forum, you will be able to see what is happening at the current time.

Just to ask... What country was your child born in? If you child was born in (and has citizenship of) one of the countries and territories whose citizens do not need a visa (visa exemptions), then it should be much easier.

I'm assuming, from the OP's previous posts, that it was Dubai.
