My daughter was born outside Canada when we (me, my wife and 2 other childern) were already landed PRs. I have read on this forum that the trigger for the RQ could be "B1 – Child born outside Canada during the relevant 4 year period."
Now we are applying for citizenship and my daughter was born during last 4 years period. Can someone share their similar experiences and if RQ was issued? OR other way i.e. the same case and no RQ was issued. Is the trigger mentioned above is definitive for RQ?
But my case is different where my daughter was born aboard when we were PR only and it was even before we were eligible for applying the citizenship (during 4 years prior to the application).

1. OB407 that had this 'B1' flag as a RQ triage trigger (triage accidentally released by CIC staff to an ATIP request) has been revised to a version OB407D that no one in the general public seems to have ever obtained (CIC centralized their ATIP process and now better control what is issued so no more slip ups and the chances of ever knowing what OB407D has as triggers are almost nil).
2. Worrying about this is pointless. You can't change the event that took place. List your absences including that pertaining to the birth. CIC in the most recent citizenship application form now ask for almost all the residence related documents they need and my take is that this flag is no longer as major as it was. ATIP releases indicated that A5 - self employment/unemployment with travel was the most widely used flag for the RQ triage followed by C1 - ID with issue date within the last 3 months.
