child birth to canadian citizen mother father on closed workpermit

hello

my question is im on closed work permit in Canada since 1 year my girl friend is Canadian and shes born in Canada also my child is born in Canada is there any way im (father) can apply for pr or open work permit on child base or my child mother can sponser me for pr or open work permit ?

If you have been living with your child’s mother in a married like relationship for one year, she can sponsor you for PR.

If you get married, she can sponsor you.

You cannot use your child as a way to get PR.
