My wife and I became PR in 2019.
We became residents for tax purposes only a week ago in Sep 2021 when we moved to Canada.
In form rc66sch they ask for the income the years before I became a resident, I assume they mean 2021?
also, do I need to disclose my income abroad or only the income I stated to Canada (which is zero because I wasn't a resident for tax purposes).

yes you need to include income from abroad. If CRA doesn’t feel like you are submitting proof of your income abroad they refuse your application so just be upfront and submit the actual information.
