It's going to be 5 weeks(33 days precisely) since I applied for the Visa. It's a SPP paper based visa and I haven't even got an update. As far as I know, it has been forwarded to Delhi. I don't know why it takes them this long to update my medical. It's making me nervous. We all barely have couple of weeks before the colleges start. We at least need a week to arrange for accommodation and flight tickets.

I got a mail saying so, bro! But in the VFS website, it still says processing in Bangalore. A guy who applied on 6th July got his visa a week back. His application was forwarded to Bangalore.

Most of the July applicants all over India ,processing started just now. And it seems July 1st week applicants are being reviewed now. As per the latest update in VFS , it may take clear 7 weeks, from the date applications received at Blr.

What do you mean by status? It doesn't matter where they process your file as long as you get updates. You would have received an email from VFS stating where your file was sent.
