Checklist - Photos - each family member?

Are they asking for photos of my family members whether they are immigrating with me or not ? do the photos have to follow specifications or only the principle applicant needs to follow these guide lines?

Family members is spouse and children, not siblings and parents.

So if it's just you applying, then only you need pictures. Use the guidelines from your country-specific guide.
