Cheating wife

I recently found out that my wife was cheating on me the whole time while applying for her PR with multiple guys before coming over here and also cheated again with different guys after coming over here. Her attitude towards me changed completely right as soon as she landed here and there was no intimacy happened within the whole year.

She's already 1 year within Canada and wondering if I should still report her to IRCC for Marriage of Convenience. I do have a audio recording of her saying she just needed her PR so she can work here. Just wondering if there's still something that I can do.

You can certainly try. Depending on the evidence you provided IRCC may or may not pursue the case. I'm not sure the audio recording will be that helpful. If you are still living together or only recently split up, then probably not much chance IRCC will look into this.

Thanks so much. I do have video and picture proofs of her being romantically involved with someone even the last day of her coming over here. We just recently broken up now after I found out.

You can try. It's impossible for any of us to say if IRCC will pursue this or not.

Best advice most of us can give you here is to focus on moving on with your life.
