I am still awaiting my Study permit but classes for my program at University of Calgary start on 5thSep, 2017. If I do not here from CIC by 2nd Sept, I might not be able to attend the program in time.
In such a case I would like to join Program at same level at University of Manitoba, which starts from Jan, 2018. I have offer letter from university of Manitoba as well.
My question is, will I be able to change the university on my Study permit while I am in India. If it is allowed, I can change the university and travel for Jan,2018 admission.
Or do I need to re-apply?
