hi everyone,

i just wanna ask if anybody know about this situation.
my job title now is a cashier but they promote me as a supervisor.
my work permit will expire on 2014 as a cashier.now my question is,
can i apply a new lmo as a supervisor now?

Your employer would have to apply for a new LMO as a supervisor, after advertising the position and demonstrating to HRSDC that no CCs/PRs qualified. You would have to have the approved LMO and a new work permit before you could start the new position.
