I want to know that if i can change my college from BC province to Ontario province on the same study permit that i’ve recieved. Is it possible or not?

Like i complete a term in my initial college and then want to change my college then the remaining fees would be transferred to new college or not?

No you will have to apply for refund. How much and how to get depends on college.

You also need to check with the new college about whether you will get transfer credits for all your courses since you seem to be transferring mid program.
