Changing province on work permit

I am active work permit holder until 2025. In august 2023 I will have my one year work experience in management position completed. Will there be any problem if I apply for express entry in BC, and then move to ON while my application is under process?

You can live anywhere in Canada (except Quebec) and work on an open work permit

Only if you are counting CRS points for a job offer in that province or your employer is nominating you.
