Hello I'm an International student and planning to get a PGWP in the future. I received my study permit before the new rules were implemented (the eligible programs list). Regarding that rule can I still transfer to a PGWP non-eligible Program?

Are you already in Canada and have you already completed at least one full semester of studies at your original school?

Yes I'm already in canada and did thw 1st sem I don't have any plans on transferring schools just the program
