Changing postal address

Dears,,

I want to change my postal address because i have shifted from 1 floor to another floor on the same building. Can I change my address by the web form for London VO or I have to send the new postal address by post.

And more over should i need to inform them also why it changed?

send them urgent email at

london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

include your file no, full name, dob, old address, new address, email, telephone etc.

you can't change it directly from web
