I received an NOI from Ontario on March 10 as my CRS is 481. My primary NOC is set to 21231 and so are my 3 jobs. I set it this way because all my roles titles had both the keywords 'software' and 'engineer' in them. But I found out that the titles don't matter at all but the duties do and I am clearly more of a 21232 than a 21231.
Will it be an issue if I change this?
The tech draw which happened on March 10 was included both the job codes -

Should a LOE be needed for this ?

What did you end up doing ? Can you please share ?
For me I had to let go of that NOI because of lack of 3 years of exp. I carefully calculated and saw that it was short of 2 months. Hence I created a new profile and had the right NOC there.
But my consultant told me that it would have been okay and he had a letter of explanation ready for such cases.
