i have aor biometrics , Medicals and sponsor approval ... can I change my jobs without notifying cic?

In the letter they send me with aor or any or the letter it doesn’t say to tell them if I change jobs just birth of child, if I get an immigration consultant but doesn’t say anything about a job? I have tried reading online but can’t find any info.

I am sponsor .

This is what it says to tell them if
