Changing from university to college and different program

I am an international student, studying MBA master of business in university and I want to change my school and program to college and diploma of computer, both of them have PGWP, but my question is that on my study permit it is mentioned that my field is business, but I want to study computer which is different from what is mentioned on my study permit. Should I apply for another study permit or I should just change my DLI number on my CIC account.

You don't need a new study permit. Just contact CIC and let them know you are changing schools / programs.
