Changing from IEC to Visitor- Stuck on a question

Hey everyone currently changing from an IEC work permit to visitor status. So I believe I have to apply to extend as a visitor.

I'm stuck on a question on the form

I am applying for one or more of the following : option 1: Initial Temp resident permit or extension of temp resident permit option 2: Extension of my temp resident status
