Hi guys, I recently started my studies and I am not sure whether to continue with bachelors anymore. I want to know that can I switch from degree to diploma and move to Toronto? I feel hard to survive here. Also if I change my university to another college in Toronto do I need to apply for visa again?

Seeing as you just started your program, you will most likely need a new study permit. You can send an email/webform to IRCC to clarify. Make sure you explain your situation clearly to them.
Which province are you and why are you finding it hard to survive there? What/who's in Toronto?
Most provinces and even schools have settlement services that help newcomers. They might be able to help you.
