Hello everyone,
currently i'm on LMO in Whistler for 24months in category B.
I'm not very happy with my current employer, and i was wondering if i can get another employer to sponsor me under the same category?
If yes then, i also have following questions:
-Are there any consequences of terminating my contract with current employer?
-Once a new employer gets a positive LMO, do i need to leave the country in order to get a new work permit?
Has anyone done it before?
Thanks ;)

Has anyone done it before? Yes
Thanks ;)

@job_seeker Thank you so much ;)
By the way, I was in BC on working holiday before for a year, i heard that now i can apply for PR after 2 years of full time employment. Is that true? And how does it work? I was trying to look up cic.gc.ca but i haven't found what i was looking for.
Once more thank you so much ;)

If your work is skilled then you can apply for Permanent Residency after 2 years of full time employment under CEC (Canadian Experience Class)
